Jims Computer Service - complaint  

Very upset regarding the quality of service

Location: USA, Pittsburgh, PA

I have used many computer services to get my computer checked out when it has been sick. Instead of going to the big stores like Best buy, I figured I would give the old mom and pop stores a try. Why not, they need to survive too also right?!

Where do I start? These people have totally messed my computer up even more to the point that I needed to get a new one! Can you belive it? I cant! All it needed was a few upgrades and some changes to the motherboard.

A word of advice when taking your computer to a store that you know nothing about! DONT DO IT!
