Speak English not Computer Language!

I visited the Best Buy in Greensburg the other day. I thought that I would save some time since the one by my house in the north hills would have been closed by the time I finished up my meeting in Greensburg and got back home.
I can honestly say that the kids that they have working in these places must think that all of the customers know everything there is to know about electronics. I am talking about the technical stuff for computers, etc. I could not understand anything that the employee was telling me. I asked him to state it in plain English and not technical terms but could not get anywhere with him. I still didn’t understand what he was trying to tell me.
This was frustrating. I have a problem that I need fixed. I left there feeling as dumb as a doorknob! Here I went to the store in Greensburg instead of where I live because I wouldn’t have time before the store closed. I thought that I could at least find someone to help me with my problem, not speak to me in a language that I don’t recognize!
I just ask that when you are hiring employees, please tell them that we are all not as knowledgeable as them and that we may require someone to explain in English not computer terms!
Thank you.
