Palace Theater - Greensburg - complaint  

Very bad customer service

I can not tell you how many times I have called The Palace Theater in Greensburg PA to get information on concerts or info on ticket prices. I have lived here all my life and go to quite a few concerts in my lifetime so believe me it’s a lot of times.

Every time I call there I have never had a nice person on the other end of the phone willing to help me. Where has all the good customer service gone? I mean come on; this place is a historical place in Greensburg and has been around for quite a long time. You think that they would want to represent themselves a little better than that! They either want to rush you off the phone or have very quick one word answers for you.

Greensburg should seriously take into consideration outsourcing the ticket orders to someone else. If these women don’t have time to take orders for shows that are coming to there theater, then please hire more people to do it, or lessen there work load. I don’t care what you do but why put the theater at risk. It gives the theatre a bad name.

Anyone else out there have any input?
